Ford Motor Company will administer the application and screening process for selecting scholarship recipients from a wide range of HBCUs and HSIs. All applications must be received by October 15. Applications will then be pre-screened by Minority Dealer Operations, and top ranked applicants will be subject to additional screening by MDO via the telephone. Phone interviews will be conducted with the final group of applicants during the last two weeks of October. Scholarship recipients will be notified of their offer in writing from Ford Motor Company during the first week in November. Scholarship offers must be accepted by November 15 for inclusion into the LEAD Program.
